Returns

Return/Exchange Policy:

 

In order to return any item(s), you must email our Customer Care Department (customercare@scrubsmax.com) with all the return information, including your name, order number, item(s) being returned, and reason for return.  You will receive a return authorization number. This number must be written on your packing slip which must accompany any return.  Returns without this information are subject to a 40% restocking fee.

We accept returns for refund 10 calendar days after delivery of your product.  After 10 calendar days, all returned merchandise will be subject to a 40% restocking fee.  Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition" and in original undamaged packing materials. Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

  • unworn, unwashed, unaltered without showing signs of any wear or damage
  • in original, undamaged packing materials
  • within 10 calendar days of the delivery date
  • not a special or a custom order 

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Support immediately at 1-877-450-4004. Items that are defective can be exchanged, credited towards another item, or refunded.

Do not accept packages from the carrier that are damaged in any way (i.e. crushed box etc).

Any returned item(s) must be received for inspection of item(s) before a refund is processed.

Customer is responsible for shipping costs for all returns/exchanges, unless the wrong item was shipped or the item was received damaged.

Exchanges are not covered under free shipping.  Exchanges can be ordered directly from our website.

Returns/Refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee and reversal of any free shipping costs.
