• To place an oder by phone, please call our toll free number: 877-450-4004. Customer Care Agents are available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9am - 5pm PST, except holidays. A note on holidays: if banks are closed, we typically do not have customer care staff on duty.

• Please have the SKU numbers and sizes for the items you want to order ready.

• We realize that sometimes our Customer Care agents are busy helping other customers. if this is the case please leave a detailed message.  Your call will be returned as soon as possible.
